My spring break was this past week, so I went home to Arkansas. I had a great time, I got to sleep in a little and spend quality time with my friends and family. I mainly did alot of work while I was there, whether it was just catching up on schoolwork or fixing up my parents computers or helping out around the houses.
We went to my grandparents lakehouse for a few days which was fun as always. Rode the 4-wheelers around quite a bit, worked around the house, cooked some steaks, fished, all that good stuff. On the first night there I woke up at 5 in the morning and could barely breathe. I believe that I’ve developed an allergy towards something, although I’m not sure exactly what. I had a couple more similar episodes throughout the rest of the week. Could be pollen, or dustmites. Now that I’m back in Ann Arbor, I plan on cleaning my entire room from top to bottom to try to get rid of any potential allergens in the room. I would rather live in a place that doesnt make me feel miserable all of the time.
I mentioned doing schoolwork during spring break, I’ll elaborate. I decided it’d be a good idea to get ahead in my readings in my English class so that I could focus more on Organic Chemistry during these next few weeks. We’re currently reading a book called “On Beauty”, so I finished it. It’s quite possibly the worst book I’ve ever read, and the reviews on Amazon.com seem to agree that it’s not that great of a book.
I’m excited, AFI (mah favorite band) is coming out with a new album this year, “Crash Love”. Silly name, but I’ve loved everything they’ve made up to this point so I’m looking forward to it.
There’s a online game that I enjoyed playing, called Tabula Rasa, and last night it shut down.
I had talked about the closure of this game a while ago. I played up until the moment that they turned off the servers. It was ridiculous, mass mayhem everywhere. It was an incredible game, and it’s a damn shame that they gave up on it. R.I.P. Tabula Rasa, I dont regret a single minute that I spent playing you.

Wow, you have spring break early! Sounds like some good cleaning will help your allergies… I’m the same way. I love AFI, and I didn’t know they were coming out with a new album. I’ve gotta keep that in mind.
oh gosh arkansas. what’s it like down there? i’m going down for a music festival in june and i’m kinda nervous haha
Haha, I was just going to say that I read “On Beauty” for a class last year and really liked it – but apparently you disagree! Are you in English 315 this semester? The prof who taught the class is no longer here, though, because she was a visiting prof just for last year.
