Okay, so anyone who's a current subscriber knows that I'm trying to present myself as being more mature. I was thinking about maybe changing my AOL Instant Messenger screenname. Do you think that people would take me more seriously if I used the screenname "mtstew89" instead of my current screenname, which is "cApNhOwDy123"? I mean dont get me wrong, I love the screenname "Captain Howdy", but since I'm in college now isnt the alternating caps thing a bit too juvenile? That's something you expect an emo kid to do on MySpace. And those 3 numbers I've got tacked onto the end of it, are we still in kindergarten here? I dont plan on changing my Xanga screenname yet, but perhaps in the future I should change it to reflect my real-life name as well? Just some thoughts, lemme know in the comments.

eh. get a new one and link it to capn.
...or you can not use AIM...Instant messaging feels so 1996 to me.

NEVAR.
you can change your xanga name (if you have the right amount of credits)
Go for it, if you really want to. It's not that hard to copy and pase your buddy list and sending a generic IM "hey it's me again".
Well. It wasn't so much for me, considering how I only have like 20 or so people on my buddy list.
I <3 Capnhowdy!
Yeah...I created a new email for business purposes only...because the_slacker_21 is not too professional.

Being the man who I trust with dating advice, do you think that women would find mtstew89 to be more attractive than cApNhOwDy123 if I'm trying to leave a good first impression?
Haha, naw, your screen name is cool.
I've had my aim sn sense I was 12 and we used dial up. The thought of changing it makes me shiver! >.<
Numbers in screenames is a trend for the uncreative tweens. (AKA Lame)
My first SN, and only SN with #s was StarWrecker23 for Starcraft. And that's a classy example.

Not sure if I completely agree. My current AIM screenname, mtstew89, has "89" in it because that's the year I was born. So far, everyone's been able to recognize that. However, I do agree that the "123" in my old screenname, which was "cApNhOwDy123", was uncreative and useless.
